Henry Macartney (1867–1957) was an American painter known for his coastal landscapes and marine paintings. Born in Armagh, Ireland on September 15, 1867, he immigrated to northern California around 1890 and studied at the School of Design. His artwork often featured oil painting on canvas, as seen in his piece 'Sonoma Mission' (c1910), also known as Mission San Francisco Solano, located in Sonoma, CA.
