Carl Schmidt (1885–1969) was an American painter and muralist. He specialized in desert landscapes, Indians, still lifes, portraits, religious, and historical genre paintings. Born in St. Charles, Minnesota in 1885, he resided in San Bernardino, California from 1924 until his death in 1969. His artwork has been sold at auction multiple times, with prices ranging from $60 to $585 USD.
